We used cable ties to secure the traffic cones together. During the process, we also experimented with other materials, such as ropes, to connect the cones, but the results were not ideal—so we ultimately chose to use cable ties as the main fastening method. The overall inspiration came from the triceratops. To enhance its aggressive appearance, we added several spikes to the “body.” As it spins, it can move forward while simultaneously causing destruction, giving it a strong sense of motion and threat.
When designing the tail, we tried out various shapes and eventually settled on the current one because it appeared more aggressive. Additionally, to avoid a uniform outward arrangement of the cones, I intentionally positioned the tail cone facing inward. This design choice adds more depth and variation to the overall form.
