1. If I’m in a box of Chinese omelets
  2. My mental nutrition facts are outside the box, mostly about my personality. I am outgoing, so I have a high proportion of extroversion. I’m also a person who gets emotional easily and mostly expresses my feelings instead of facts or statistics, so the feeling part and the intuition also have a relatively high percentage. As a person who’s always chased by deadlines, my productivity has a lot of space to improve, so I made the percentage negative. Also, I sometimes feel anxious when I am behind schedule, so the anxiety is 5%. At the bottom are my interests so the people who see the box can understand me better. Next to the description is a warning sign of no feeding to show that I’m dieting. The logos show that I’m a Christian and I’m a student of NTUST.

  1. The reason why I chose a Chinese omelet box is because my family owns a breakfast shop, but after the teacher’s instruction, I realized that I should have combined my thoughts with the information that was already on the box. As the third picture shows, there were some pieces of information that I could have utilized. This is the part that I will try to improve for my next assignment.
